Hey there friend!

As you’ve kindly made your way to my little corner of the internet, I’m going to assume you’re looking for something. Or maybe, you’re looking for a few somethings.

Maybe you’re looking for hope. Maybe you’re looking for courage, or confident, or answers to the endless number of questions that accompany life in your twenties. Maybe you’re trying to figure out what a personal relationship with Jesus should look like. Maybe you’re wanting advice on how to date well or how to be a better friend. Or maybe, you’re trying to gain enough confidence to smile at the reflection you see in the mirror.

Whatever your reason might be, I’m so glad you made it here. My ultimate goal with this blog is help women in their 20s experience Jesus, gain confidence, build relationships, and face uncertainty.

A few years ago, I found myself in an unplanned and unexpectedly purposeful conversation. I was working for my church at the time, and as I was packing up my things to head home for the day, one of the interns at the church started talking to me.

We talked about everything under the sun. Her faith, her friendships, the guy she was dating, and the confusion and uncertainty she felt about what to do with the rest of her life.

I ended up staying at work for two extra hours because of that conversation. But I didn’t care. Because I walked out of the building that afternoon, I specifically remembering whispering a prayer under my breath and saying, “Lord, I want to do that for the rest of my life.”

That brings us to this moment right now. Knowing that I couldn’t possibly have a two hour conversation with all the 20-something-year-old women about their lives, I thought writing to them would be the next best thing.

My hope is that as you read my blog posts, my devotionals, and my social media posts, you’ll feel like you’re sitting across the table at Starbucks with me. I want you to feel encouraged, supported, celebrated, and challenged when you read my writing. But most importantly, I want you to see that my intention is to point you to Jesus, the only one who knows you perfectly, understands you completely, and loves you fully. Take it from me, life in your 20s gets a whole lot easier when you walk through this decade with Him.

So read around a little bit, subscribe to my email list so you never miss a beat, and find me on Instagram! I always love meeting new friends over there!

See ya over on the blog!
